The Indiana Breast Cancer Awareness Trust (IBCAT) is honored to provide limited financial assistance to Hoosiers who may be struggling with financial hardships while undergoing treatment for breast cancer.
WHAT IS THE PATIENT ASSISTANCE FUND?
This fund will provide financial assistance in the form of an egiftcard for grocery and/or gas (up to a total $150) for people living with breast cancer who are in active treatment*.
*Active treatment includes chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation therapy, and breast reconstruction surgery recovery. Does not include anti-estrogen or aromatase inhibitor treatment.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
To qualify for this assistance program you must be a resident of Indiana with a household income at or below 350% the Federal Poverty Level, living with breast cancer, and in active treatment* for the disease. See chart below for eligibility.
