IBCAT is committed to being good stewards. Over the past 10 years, 88 cents of every dollar raised has gone directly to patient services and mission-related expenses.  Our administrative expenses are extremely low – less than half the gold star standard.

Your license plate increases awareness of breast cancer and reminds women to get an annual mammogram. For underserved Hoosier women and men, it provides much-needed funds that provide free breast health and support services. We are also honored to award college scholarships to students who have a parent undergoing treatment or who lost their battle with breast cancer.
