A: Money raised through the sale of plate helps fund screening/diagnostic and support programs for uninsured and under-insured Hoosiers. In addition to patient services, we also provide scholarships to Indiana high school seniors who have lost a parent to breast cancer or have a parent going through breast cancer treatment.
Q: How much does the plate cost?
A: The plate costs $40 annually in addition to the required registration fees, excise taxes, and applicable county and local taxes. IBCAT receives $25 from the sale of each plate.

A: Any Indiana resident who owns or leases a passenger car, motorcycle, recreational vehicle or truck weighing less than 11,000 pounds.
